For cities, pallet will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days, for outskirt cities pallet will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Shipment's weight determines by comparing volumetric weight and actual weight, charge whichever is higher
  2. Volumetric weight is calculated after the shipment is packaged using formula (Height x Width x Length/6000)
  3. Explosive, livestock, animal, gas, flammable, ammunition, cigarettes are not allowed and banned to ship
  4. Fragile item should be reinforced before dispatch; Insurance is not cover and shipper is not responsible for any broken or damaged issue. However, we can provide additional packaging services to protect fragile items
  5. High value item required to seek for customer service assistance
  6. If items are not cover by insurance, the maximum amount of compensation is only RM250
  7. Maximum weight of carton: 20kg for small carton, 30kg for medium carton and 40kg for large carton. For pallet maximum weight is 500kg
